The notable experience today is that I’m trying to learn foreign languages by hearing and reading folklore. It’s a nice way to acquire cultural knowledge and immerse myself conveniently in that mindset.
I’m having Aki read me Japanese folk tales. She started tonight with the tale of Momotaro, a boy born from a giant peach who picks up a lot of animal comrades and defeats an island of monsters with their help.
