Saturday December 27: Bowl

Monday, December 29th, 2008

I spent pretty much the whole day studying and watching college football bowl games. I was pretty happy that Cal beat Miami in the Emerald Bowl, although it seemed for a long time like Miami might steal the game. It was a very productive albeit boring day.

Monday December 22: Goal!

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008

I have good news and great news about today. I found out that I actually met my weight loss goal for the year, tipping the scales at 155 lbs and 7% body fat. It feels great to be ending the year with such a goal attained, so at least 2008 isn’t turning out to be all bad news. I felt very strange after yesterday, which of course has a lot to do with the fact that I was drinking and that I threw up several times.

Sunday December 21: Alcohol

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008

There were two big events of the day - taking Aki to the airport and then Justin’s Christmas party. Both were quite nice, although I ended up drinking a little too much at the party. The really bad thing is that I don’t know how much to say that I ate today because I threw up after I ate and I threw up after the party. So technically I really didn’t eat anything at all.
