Friday October 3: Burn

I realize that I need to make myself a training menu today. I’m having difficulty finding time to train for myself when I constantly have to think about taekwondo and the competition team. It’s not necessarily time itself that’s the factor, but worrying about whether I’m being redundant or developing in an incorrect manner. Look for that by the end of the weekend.

Workout 1: 1000 jump rope
Workout 2: 5x 20 pullups, 30 pushups, 40 situps, 50 squats
Workout 3: stretching (20 min)

Meal 1: 2 chocolate macadamia nuts, 1500mg glucosamine, 1000mg fish oil, 1 multivitamin, 250mg caffeine
Meal 2: 15 dino nuggets, 3/4 bag french fries with ranch sauce, 2 cups Mountain Dew
Meal 3: 1 bowl oatmeal, 1500mg glucosamine, 1000mg fish oil, 5g creatine
