Sunday August 3: Power

My problem with my training these days is my diet. I am eating very irregularly and when I do eat, I am not making wise decisions. The training itself is moderately good, I would say, and I’m making decent progress. But I’m not coming closer to my goals because I am too impatient and undisciplined to stick with a meaningful diet for a significant amount of time. It is something to work on.

Meal 3: 8 fried calamari, 4 baked gnocchi, 1 plate skirt steak with green mojo sauce, spinach, and baked tomatoes, 3/4 piece tiramisu, 1/2 chocolate pate
