Wednesday July 30: Flabbergast

I was feeling flabby today so I decided to bust out the exercise. I’m lacking in motivation but I want to just get stronger. I think I will work hard to get myself ripped and be stronger than ever.

Workout 1: Chest/back workout (1 hr)
Round 1 - 35 pushups, 20 pullups, 20 military pushups, 25 chinups, 30 wide pushups, 35 close-grip pullups (band), 20 decline pushups, 10 heavy pants (30 lb dumbbells), 16 diamond pushups, 15-15 lawnmowers (30 lb), 15 judo pushups, 12 back-flys (30 lb)
Round 2 - 25 pullups, 40 pushups, 25 chinups, 20 military pushups, 35 wide pushups, 40 close-grip pullups, 25 decline pushups, 15 heavy pants, 10 diamond pushups, 15-15 lawnmowers, 10 judo pushups, 15 back-flys

Workout 2: Ab ripper workout (15 min)

Sleep: 138A

Meal 1: 3 fried eggs, 3 butter croissants, 1 cup Fanta soda
Meal 2: 2 cups yogurt
Meal 3: 3 teriyaki chicken breasts, 1 plate broccoli and cheddar rice, 2 cups mandarin mango juice, 1 strawberry mochi
